Do not submit confidential information, attorney-client privileged communications, trade secrets, proprietary business information, patient information, protected health information (PHI), or other sensitive materials through this tool. Information submitted through this tool is not protected by attorney-client privilege unless and until an engagement agreement is signed.
No Patient Health Information
Do not submit patient names, patient email addresses, patient health records, prescriptions, lab results, medical histories, or any other patient-specific or patient-identifiable information through this tool. This tool is not a HIPAA-compliant platform.
No Guarantee of Results
The automated screening report does not guarantee any legal outcome. The report is a preliminary automated screen for general educational and issue-spotting purposes only. It does not determine whether any website, statement, image, business model, pharmacy arrangement, provider arrangement, advertising campaign, or other activity is lawful, unlawful, compliant, or noncompliant.
Automated Report Limitations
The screening report is generated by automated software. It may miss content, misread language, misidentify images, fail to load certain pages, or produce inaccurate results. The report is not a comprehensive legal audit. It does not evaluate non-public workflows, contracts, pharmacy agreements, provider arrangements, paid advertising, SMS campaigns, email campaigns, intake flows behind login, prescription decisions, pharmacy dispensing, fulfillment operations, or FDA response strategy.
Image Analysis Limitations
Image analysis is automated and may be inaccurate. The tool may misread logos, labels, OCR text, stock images, mockups, or low-resolution images. The report does not determine whether a product was actually compounded, labeled, dispensed, shipped, marketed, or sold by any specific entity.
Data Collected
The scanner collects the website URL you submit, your business email, screening acknowledgements, and your optional follow-up preferences. If you request a phone follow-up, it also collects your phone number. We record the acknowledgement version and time, scan status, report, delivery attempts, and retrieved public-page evidence. The separate consultation form collects your name, company, email, business type, operating states, topic, consultation and scheduling preferences, and any optional overview. A consultation requested from a report can include its reference and reviewed URL.
How Contact Information May Be Used
We use your business email to send the report you request. If you separately request a follow-up or submit a consultation inquiry, we use the contact details and preferences you provide to respond and arrange that conversation. Requesting a report does not by itself request marketing messages.
Optional Follow-Up
The follow-up option is unchecked by default. You can request a report without requesting a call or other follow-up. To withdraw a follow-up request, reply to the email or contact admin@telehealth.law.
Report Access and Browser Storage
Reports use private access links. Anyone with a report link can view that report, so share it carefully. This browser session can retain the private link and contact details you entered to connect your report to a consultation inquiry without re-entry. The consultation handoff expires after two hours and can be removed on the intake form. We track steps such as completed scans, inquiries, consultation clicks, and confirmed appointments. We add only event names and broad source labels to custom conversion events. The analytics service also records page paths and session identifiers; a report page path contains its report identifier. We do not add names, email addresses, business details, or private access tokens to the event fields.
